This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Periplous for use of the Periplous mobile application. This EULA incorporates Apple's Standard EULA terms where applicable.
Periplous grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: • Sublicence, sell, or transfer the app • Copy or modify the app or its content • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
This EULA is between you and Periplous, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Periplous is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Contact support@periplous.app for assistance.
The app is provided "as is". Periplous makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Periplous, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property infringement claims.
When using the app you must comply with applicable third-party terms of service (e.g. mobile network provider terms).
Periplous retains all intellectual property rights in the app. If a third party claims the app infringes their IP rights, Periplous — not Apple — is responsible for investigation, defence, and resolution.
You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any prohibited or restricted party list.
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination you must cease all use of the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
